Why do they have no smoking signs in the toilet but supply ashtrays?


Why do they supply water cups in the toilet, but tell you not to drink the water?

The lack of PAL uniform gives it away :-)
Was just looking for a funny stewardess photo rto go with the PAL questions which were indeed PAL.
I couldnt ask any questions of a Chinese airline - I am to scared to get on one of them :-)
